octothorpe: technical name for the mark also known as a hashtag or number sign

Can you tell this was the very first word drawing I ever made? Because boy, I can! It's almost laughably pedestrian compared to what I get up to later.

Maybe I'll remake it one day.

Brilliant word, though. Octothorpe. Sounds so... professional.
